廖澄安 Cheng-An Liao

I am Cheng-An Liao (廖澄安). I recently got my bachelor's degree from the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture at National Taiwan University. During my time in college, I actively engaged in various research projects related . One of my  experiences was participating in an independent study focused on the Oxalis weed pollination system. Additionally, I joined the Evergreen Fruit Tree Lab, where I worked on designing a new pruning system specifically for Okinawa lime (Citrus depressa). These experiences fostered my passion for exploring the realms of chemical ecology and agroecology, as I aim to develop innovative and sustainable cropping systems. Currently, I am involved in a summer program that investigates altruistic traits in plants. Outside of my academic pursuits, I find joy in gardening, hiking, and indulging in novels. Furthermore, I have a keen interest in geography, constantly seeking to expand my knowledge about diverse landscapes and cultures around the world.
